10-Day Exchange Policy 


At Fig & Flint, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered. 


Eligibility for Exchange 


To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your item is: 
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged 
● In its original condition and packaging 
● With tags securely attached 


Shipping & Costs 


● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
● Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the exchange. 


No Refunds — Store Credit Instead 


We currently do not offer cash refunds. 
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue you a store credit voucher of 
equal value, valid for future purchases at Fig & Flint. 


How to Request an Exchange 


1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or Email. 
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (showing tags and 
condition). 
3. Once approved, we’ll share our return address and instructions. 
4. Send the item back at your own cost. 
5. After inspection, we’ll complete the exchange or issue your store voucher.
